Shipping fees and delivery

Our shipping rates are as follow :

To France :
9.90 euros, delivery estimated under 2 to 4 business days once shipped

To European Union :
15.90 euros, delivery estimated under 2 to 8 business days once shipped 

To International :
19.90 euros, delivery delays may vary a lot, most likely between 2 and 3 weeks once shipped

 

  • All shipping is sent with a tracking number you’ll get through mail, and won’t require a signature. Always packed by hand with love and a bunch of sweets that I hope you’ll enjoy ♡

 

  • Note that ALL shipping is FREE for every order above 200 euros, wherever they may go ♡

 

  • Of course, you may already know that with the COVID situation these delays may be longer, which we unfortunately can’t do anything about.

 

RETURNS :

If anything doesn’t feel right with your harness or accessory, feel free to contact us through mail at playsweetlingerie@gmail.com with your order number, we will be more than happy to help you out !
All returns are free up to 14 days after receiving your harness, but only if you tried it on top of clothing. We won’t be able to take returns on items worn naked.
If you need to send it back to us, we will provide you with the address and you will need to pay at first, which we will refund with proof of deposit.
The item itself will be refund once we receive it, whatever the issue was, as long as it was not worn naked :)
